Public Offer

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is a public offer by TALENTMOVE LLC, ST. PETERSBURG, FL. US 33702 (hereinafter — "Contractor", "Company", "we") for concluding a service agreement for the use of the FastCV service.

1.2. In accordance with US contract law, a public offer is a proposal containing all the essential terms of the contract, from which the will of the person making the proposal to conclude a contract on the terms specified in the proposal with anyone who responds to this proposal is evident.

1.3. Acceptance of this offer is the Customer's performance of actions to register in the service and select a tariff plan, which means complete and unconditional acceptance of all terms of this offer.

2. Definitions and Terms

2.1. Customer — an individual who has accepted this offer and concluded an agreement for the provision of services.

2.2. FastCV Service — a web platform for creating resumes using artificial intelligence technologies, available at https://fastcv.ai.

2.3. Services — functional capabilities of the service provided to the Customer in accordance with the selected tariff plan.

2.4. Tariff Plan — the level of access to service functions selected by the Customer, determining the volume and cost of services provided.

2.5. Account — the Customer's account in the service, containing their personal data and settings.

3. Subject of Agreement

3.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Customer with access to the FastCV service for creating resumes using artificial intelligence, and the Customer undertakes to pay for the services provided in accordance with the selected tariff plan.

3.2. The agreement is concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party in the manner provided for by this offer.

4. Description of Services

4.1. The FastCV service provides the following main functions:

• Creation and editing of resumes using AI technologies
• ATS optimization for passing automatic screening
• Humanization of AI-generated text
• Generation of cover letters and texts for messengers
• LinkedIn profile creation
• Preparation of interview questions
• Export of resumes in various formats
• Access to template library

5. Tariff Plans and Service Terms

5.1. The service provides the following tariff plans:

5.3. Access to services is provided after registration and selection of the appropriate tariff plan.

6. Service Provision Procedure

6.1. To receive services, the Customer must:

• Register in the service, indicating correct personal data
• Select a suitable tariff plan
• When choosing a paid plan — make payment
• Follow the instructions for using the service

6.2. The Contractor undertakes to:

• Ensure service availability 24/7
• Provide technical support within established timeframes
• Ensure security of Customer's personal data
• Timely notify of changes in the service

7. Service Cost and Payment Procedure

7.1. The cost of services is indicated on the service website in US dollars.

7.2. Payment is made by debiting funds from a bank card or electronic wallet at the time of connecting a paid tariff plan.

7.3. The cost of services may change with prior notification to the Customer at least 1 month before the changes take effect.

8. Rights and Obligations of Parties

8.1. The Contractor has the right to:

• Change service functionality with prior notification
• Suspend service operation for technical maintenance
• Refuse to provide services in case of violation of agreement terms
• Change service costs with compliance with notification procedure

8.2. The Contractor undertakes to:

• Ensure quality provision of services
• Maintain confidentiality of personal data
• Provide technical support
• Comply with requirements of the legislation of the State of Florida, United States

8.3. The Customer has the right to:

• Receive services in accordance with the selected tariff plan
• Contact technical support
• Terminate the agreement at any time
• Require elimination of deficiencies in service provision

8.4. The Customer undertakes to:

• Comply with service usage terms
• Not transfer account access to third parties
• Timely pay for services
• Not use the service for illegal activities

9. Liability of Parties

9.1. The parties bear responsibility for non-performance or improper performance of obligations in accordance with the legislation of the State of Florida, United States.

9.2. The Contractor is not responsible for:

• Results of using created resumes
• Actions of employers or recruiters
• Loss of data due to Customer's fault or negligence
• Temporary unavailability of the service for technical reasons

9.3. The maximum liability of the Contractor is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for services over the last 12 months.

10. Agreement Term and Termination

10.1. The agreement comes into force from the moment of offer acceptance and is valid until complete performance of obligations by the parties or termination.

10.2. The agreement may be terminated:

• By mutual agreement of the parties
• At the Customer's initiative at any time
• At the Contractor's initiative in case of violation of agreement terms
• In connection with service activity termination

10.3. Upon agreement termination:

• Access to paid functions ceases
• Created resumes remain available for download
• Funds are refunded proportionally to unused period

11. Force Majeure

11.1. The parties are released from liability for non-performance of obligations in case of force majeure circumstances.

11.2. Force majeure circumstances include: natural disasters, military actions, terrorist acts, legislative changes affecting the possibility of performing obligations.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1. All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations between the parties.

12.2. If it is impossible to resolve the dispute through negotiations, it is subject to consideration in court at the location of the Contractor.

12.3. The legislation of the State of Florida, United States applies to the relations of the parties.

13. Final Provisions

13.1. If any provision of the agreement is declared invalid, the remaining provisions retain their force.

13.2. The agreement is drawn up in English and is governed by the legislation of the State of Florida, United States.

13.3. All notifications and messages are sent by email or through the service.

13.4. This offer may be changed by the Contractor with prior notification to Customers.
